My very first Pot Roast.


Ok, it may not look amazing, after being partially eaten. But ya know what? i am sooo proud of myself for this! my first pot roast, i roasted some vegetables separately so that the meat could cook slower and longer and be tender, juicy, goodness. and that is exactly what it was! It was an "arm roast" thanks to my wonderful parents for donating the meat. I put lots of good seasonings and butter and yumminess in there. Just sayin- i have cooking skills. Minus the multiple times I've burnt grilled cheese sandwiches....
